Anders Seefeldt
Storyteller. Designer.
Brand Builder.
We tend to remember the big events in our lives, but it’s the small moments that get us there. They are the things that determine who we are. They are the unsung heroes.
See my experience as a writer, photographer, videographer, and graphic designer.
Big Picture
It all comes down to this. At the end of the day, how will people remember you? My experience as a managing editor, campaign manager, and entrepreneur makes me keenly aware of how content strategy impacts a brand in the long term.
Small Details
When I was a kid, I would sit and draw for hours at a time with the tv on, and I never really cared what I was watching. I was laser-focused on my drawing. Each stroke of the pencil would become part of the picture, so every one made a difference. Since then, my eye for detail has been refined by years of experience copywriting as a communication specialist, proofreading as a managing editor, and making sure every frame matches every musical note in every film I create for my wedding business.
Visionary Perspective
“Think different.” These words from an Apple ad from 1997 still ring true today. When this ad was released, Apple was still a struggling business. Steve Jobs had a vision, however. He saw the big picture, he saw the small details, and he had a vision for how to connect them. However, seeing things differently is only half of the battle. The other half is having the courage to do something about it, even if it goes against popular opinion. This second part is one of the biggest challenges I’ve had to overcome in my work as a writer, videographer, campaign manager, and entrepreneur. However, I know first hand from starting my own filmmaking business how truly incredible it can be to realize a vision.
“Anders is super dedicated, multi-talented and always meets a challenge with a positive ‘can do’ attitude. He has a good eye for design, can edit video, manage a team, and write and edit.”
David Ireland, Founder & President, Magnetic Magazine
“Anders pays attention to every single detail, and that helps him stand out from other marketing gurus. He is creative, reliable, and hard working, and his positivity truly makes him a joy to work with.”
Tessa Luedtke, Art Director, Mixbook
“Anders has a keen eye for design and aesthetics, a skill not all marketing professionals possess. His creativity, reliability, strong work ethic, and positive attitude truly made him a delight to work with.”
Fue Vang, Art Director, The Food Institute
“Anders is incredibly loyal and reliable. He has high integrity for his work and leaves it all on the field for his comrades, which is an invaluable trait and one I wished was easier to find.”
Jay DeWitt, Principal, 10 Missions Media
“Anders is an elite communicator in every regard. He helped me write content for my wedding business, communicate with clients, and make strategic marketing decisions.”
Tony Pechacek, Owner, Echo Valley Sawmill
My story
“Your life is your life. Know it while you have it. You are marvelous. The gods wait to delight in you.”
Ch. 1 | Your Life is Your Life
When I heard these words from Charles Bukowski in a Levi’s ad several years ago, it sparked something in me. It was time for me to stop being scared of failure. It was time for me to “Go Forth” as the ad said. So I quit my job at GMR Marketing and headed West.
Ch. 2 | Learning from Experience
Quitting my job and moving to California with a bunch of student loan debt was a bold move to say the least, but it definitely paid off. Not only did I become the editor of an electronic music publication (Magnetic Magazine), I also proved to myself that I had the courage to do something different.
Ch. 3 | The Next Story Awaits
Since then, I’ve continued blazing my own trail. I led numerous marketing campaigns while at 10 Missions Media, launched my own filmmaking business, Anders Erik Films, and am currently working with an amazing team to define and develop the brand at one of the the largest window and door brands in the country, Andersen Windows & Doors. In today’s world, attention spans may be limited, but I still know the power of storytelling. After all, it was a story about jeans that inspired me to be the person I am today.

By dreaming big and focusing on the details, we can make the stars align. And when they do, these small points of light have the power to move the world.
